Loveridge Builders and Roofing were employed by me to remove my old shakes and replace them with a new Certainteed shingle roof. The team, led by Bob, performed exceptionally well despite unfavorable weather conditions and the finished roof looks fantastic. They efficiently completed the task and even tidied up the debris.

Bob provided a prompt bid and promptly provided excellent service. He was cooperative, gave skilled counsel, and offered a reasonable cost. The cleaning team was highly conscientious, leaving no evidence that they had been there.

The service was good and the price was excellent prior to the completion of the roof. However, due to the Denver County inspectors, there was a lengthy delay in the roof inspection. While waiting, the communication could have been improved as I frequently had to call for updates on the status.
