This young business team is off to a great start with a diverse skill set in construction and renovation. Although there were some scheduling conflicts and resource shortages during their initial growth phase, this is expected for a new company. Despite this, I would consider working with this company again in the future and include them in my shortlist. As time goes on, I predict that this company will expand to become one of the premier contractors in Greenville and surrounding areas. Check out the photos attached showcasing their impressive work, including a pantry addition with shelves in the kitchen and a new walk-in shower tiled with a glass door.

Their work is commendable, though the floor seems to be poorly executed. It feels "mushy" and would have been better leveled with cement instead of patched with boards. Additionally, there was supposed to be a backing before laying the flooring, but it seems to be missing. The "mushiness" bothers me greatly. Moreover, if you intend to have a closet in the new bedroom, ensure it includes the necessary rails and shelving. Otherwise, you'll end up with an empty space, which we managed to avoid after declining their $2500 bid and doing it for only $300. Though time wasn't a pressing issue for me, starting earlier and working later than 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM would have expedited the process. Ultimately, the room looks stunning - except when I step on the floor.

In just a few days, Greenville Luxury Builders painted the exterior of my home and did a fantastic job!
