During the previous year, Walter collaborated with me on a full-scale refurbishment of the kitchen and bathroom in a vintage flat located in Makiki. To revamp the kitchen, Walter oversaw the placement of appliances, relocated electrical outlets and plumbing connections to fit a stacked washer dryer, wall mounted microwave, stove, sink, faucet, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Additionally, the kitchen floor was tiled with slate in a curved design that extended from the entry to the living room. Concerning the bathroom, Walter put in a new vanity and faucet, shower head and faucet, new tub and wall outlet toilet while leveling and tiling the floor. A lava rock was used to tile the shower wall, and Walter created and tiled a mold for ceiling fan installation. Walter also mended a leak in connection to the water heater and changed two ceiling lights. Walter was transparent about his charges, which was based on an hourly fee. Whenever an electrician or plumber was required, he had a wealth of contacts to facilitate the tasks required. Walter's experience in working with older properties was an inexhaustible asset. He expanded my knowledge of product options while possessing a unique artistic flair.

Request for service: The recently installed ceiling fan required additional attention in order to function correctly. Walter arrived promptly and conducted himself in a professional manner. He conducted a thorough analysis and troubleshooting in order to attempt to get the fan to function. After extensive investigation, he determined that the new fan was defective. In addition, he provided valuable feedback on another electrical issue that we will be addressing. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with Walter's assistance. He is easy to collaborate with and highly knowledgeable.
