Upon discovering a leaking faucet in my jacuzzi bathtub, I promptly called for assistance. To my delight, I was able to secure an appointment for the same day. Tim and Peter, two highly professional and punctual plumbers, arrived and promptly assessed the issue. Without a doubt, the plumber I recently hired was the best I have ever worked with. The overall experience was fantastic. There was a leak in a pipe in my house that was not properly installed when a new bathtub was installed. Pillar Plumbing resolved the issue efficiently and promptly. They were completely transparent about the necessary repair, providing detailed written estimates, and the cost of the extensive repair was very reasonable.

Dustin exhibited professionalism, kindness and responsiveness when he fixed our gas fireplace on Thanksgiving week (he was even responsive during the holidays). We were not only satisfied with his service, but also grateful that he assisted me in resolving a drain leak issue in our primary bathroom (which was not part of the service call, as I was installing it myself). Pillar Plumbing is an outstanding company! The response from Dustin was quick and efficient. He displayed utmost professionalism in his work.
