The instructors, Jeff and Stephanie, were excellent. My caregivers and I had a delightful time learning from them during the two classes held. They made the experience more enjoyable by coming to my home where we could learn comfortably. Throughout the entire three hours, they entertained us with jokes to keep us engaged. They even went out of their way to address off-topic questions and explained or demonstrated the lessons until we grasped them. I highly recommend the Beating Heart for anyone's CPR qualification needs.

Jeff was highly attentive. It is possible to finish the online component at your leisure, but it can be accomplished in a single day. The skills segment was hassle-free and expertly arranged. The gear is dispatched promptly, and you receive personal instruction. The skills teaching lasted a little more than thirty minutes and was enjoyable. The equipment was straightforward to set up and pack away, and a return label was included. I would participate again; it was a valuable investment.

Undergoing CPR/First Aid training, I had the privilege of receiving personalized training from the trainer. I was able to gain a wealth of knowledge from the educational and captivating videos. Furthermore, I was allowed sufficient time to practice actual CPR techniques on mannequins. Overall, it was a phenomenal learning experience.

The customer service provided was exceptional! Jeff displayed great flexibility when scheduling and conducting our desired training, which included CPR/AED and First Aid. Despite making arrangements on a Wednesday for a Thursday class, he arrived punctually at the agreed time. Jeff's patience and ability to engage my children, aged 9-16, some of whom had special needs, instilled in them the confidence to competently handle emergency situations. Through his teaching technique, which involved gradually introducing steps and then practicing them, he built their skills and confidence towards performing the full CPR/AED procedure. After the kids grew tired, he worked with us to complete the First Aid section at a later time- all delivered at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Beating Heart Center for your training needs as they offer excellent service and value for money. I plan to use their services again for further training.

As my CPR/AED certification was set to expire at the end of the month, I required a swift renewal. Luckily, Jeff, an instructor from the Beating Heart Center, promptly attended to my request, accommodating my schedule, and providing excellent instruction. The course consisted of both a video and skills assessment section. Once I finished the video portion, they promptly dispatched all required materials for the skills section. Subsequently, I arranged a meeting time and was able to complete the entire class from home. I heartily endorse this convenient service and will unquestionably use it again in the future.
