About
Combining elements of various modalities, CranioSacral therapy is a comprehensive bodywork approach. It involves working with fascia, energy, nerves, bones, muscles, meridians, fluids, and the mind-body connection to provide powerful and versatile therapy. Despite most practitioners taking only one or two courses on this subject, I have been a full-time CranioSacral Therapist since 2001 and have undergone extensive training from Dr. John Upledger, the founder of this therapy.As a specialist, I have been referred numerous clients who have exhausted all other options for help. I am confident in my ability to provide solutions to whatever concerns they may have. Helping clients solve their problems, especially those that have been a lifelong struggle, gives me immense satisfaction.
Through slow neurological releases, CranioSacral therapists are able to restore the body's internal communication, allowing it to become self-healing and self-regulating. Clients often find various issues resolved, including those they thought were permanent or simply attributed to aging.

Periodic pain was caused by a displaced vertebra in my neck and despite being treated by a chiropractor for a year, it remained uncorrected. However, Sandy successfully freed up my neck and the vertebra has not moved since. She has also addressed severe back pain and released old emotional trauma, resulting in me feeling lighter, more free and functional. This has been an incredible source of stress relief!
