Although a small issue arose a week later, they swiftly sent someone out to resolve it the very next day. Their prompt and efficient service is greatly appreciated, and I highly recommend them.

A WARNING TO ALL: Avoid this deceitful scheme at all costs. If you've already been misled, verify the work that was completed. They charged us for a 3 ton unit, but only installed 2 tons. Afterwards, they vanished without responding to any calls or messages. As a result, we're stuck with a $20k bill for shoddy work and a faulty heating unit that can hardly warm up our 1600 square-foot space. I repeat, steer clear! Otherwise, brace yourself for the consequences.
