Faros Construction did an outstanding job! They fixed deteriorating mortar and concrete, solved a previous contractor's blunder by installing a custom cement board eave, and repaired a major stucco fracture. They even redid a stucco patch at no extra charge after the initial fix failed. The team was swift, polite, and attentive. The next day, a crew was scheduled and the job was completed swiftly with the help of five individuals. After five hours, the project was finished. Though I paid for quick completion, there were some areas that could have been improved such as thorough caulking and shoring before painting. Additionally, there were some communication issues during the transfer from the bid guy to the lead crew guy. However, being present during the job is crucial. Thankfully, the crew was proficient in inquiring when needed. I appreciate their dedication and effort.
