Growing up on the high plains, I learned the value of hard work and integrity from my pioneer great grandmother at a young age. When I commence a project, my clients can rest assured of the following: Firstly, I will maintain clear and extensive communication throughout the project, from planning to execution, ensuring that everyone is on the same page. Secondly, I will only proceed with the project after ensuring that I have the necessary skills and capacity to do it right the first time, without resorting to guesswork. Thirdly, I will be present on-site at all times, ensuring that every detail is attended to. Fourthly, once I start a project, I prioritize it until it is complete. Lastly, given that construction and remodeling is a dynamic process, I will keep my clients informed of any new developments, providing ample opportunities to readjust the plan as necessary.

This approach to business keeps me focused on the joy of the building process, lowering stress levels for all involved. I derive immense satisfaction from creatively solving significant problems, constructing long-lasting structures, and helping clients achieve their goals within their budgets. I take pride in driving around and seeing completed projects from my many years of experience since commencing construction work in 2001, originating from my formative years working on a farm in eastern CO, where I built everything from gates and sheds to roofs and fences.

In my view, construction is a "people" business, and problems that arise are like toothaches- the longer they are ignored, the more painful and overwhelming they become. As such, nothing gives me greater pleasure than seeing the relief on my clients' faces when I resolve the issues that have been plaguing them.
