The technician enquired about my concerns and where I noted spiders and ants before proceeding to treat the interior space, which initially gave me pause but left me feeling reassured. He diligently sprayed every possible exterior spot, even offering to treat the garage. The technician also explained that Bears' strategy involved refraining from removing spider webs during the first visit to avoid forcing spiders out. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service and eagerly anticipate the next monthly visit from Bears.
