After requesting a quote for a bathroom remodel and scheduling a time, the technician failed to show up and when we contacted them for an update, they simply provided us with another plumber's contact details for an estimate. This entire process took up an entire week and we did not receive any apologies. Furthermore, the other plumber charges a fee for providing an estimate for the bathroom renovation. We felt as though we were being passed around and that our business wasn't truly valued. 🤷🏻♀️🤷♂️
