I am fortunate to have found a fulfilling career that I truly enjoy. It took persistence and hard work, but I am grateful for the success I have achieved. In my line of work, it can be challenging to satisfy everyone, but I have developed a thick skin that helps me handle any criticism. I have had the privilege of cooking for some exceptional individuals who have taught me invaluable life lessons. I attended the French Culinary Institute in Manhattan with the goal of becoming a private chef, and just two months after graduating, I landed my first gig. Since then, I have worked hard to work my way up the ladder. I spent seven years cooking for a family on Park Avenue and summers in the Hamptons before relocating to North Carolina. Now, I am seeking new clients and hope to find consistent work. Food has always been central to the special events in my family, and growing up near some of the best restaurants in the world, I developed a passion for great food. I am a meticulous and organized chef who values seasonal, local, and organic produce. Your satisfaction is my top priority, and I welcome all requests.
