Not only that, but they also exceeded expectations by taking care of the small details as they arose. Alan's extensive knowledge and cheerful personality added to the overall positive experience. Due to our immediate undertaking of a new project adjacent to the landscaping project, this review is slightly delayed. However, we wanted to give Alan Hernandez and his team the recognition they deserve for their exemplary work at our residence. Right from the beginning, Alan and his crew were prompt, professional and attentive to our requests, no matter how challenging they may have been. Alan's honesty and responsiveness were appreciated throughout the process of our yard transformation. He provided his professional opinion in regards to any ideas we had and would let us know if it was feasible or beneficial. Even acquiring specific vegetation during off-seasons was not an issue for him and his team. They executed the work quickly and meticulously, while accommodating our ever-changing requests. We were impressed with their attention to detail as they even fixed a few flaws that we noticed without hesitation. After the work was completed, our neighbors were astounded by how much was accomplished in such a short amount of time. One neighbor even regretted not inquiring about Riverstone Landscape Inc before committing to another landscaping company, who charged them 2.5 times more for a smaller project. We are grateful for Riverstone Landscape Inc's understanding, patience, professionalism and their overall value. Our landscape project was taken on by Alan from Riverstone Landscaping and we are thrilled with the results! The before and after pictures we'll attach can speak for themselves. Sadly, our original landscape company took our payments and never completed the project, leaving us in a difficult position. Amid Covid, it took almost two years to find a reliable company to finish the work. We were delighted to find Alan, who was trustworthy, reasonably priced, and, most importantly, stands by his work! Alan and his younger brother completed several tasks for us, including setting up a drip irrigation system, installing a low voltage transformer with timer and wiring up all our landscape lighting, planting various succulents and other plants, and adding weed barrier and white quartz rock to all areas. If you're considering Riverstone landscaping, there are a few things to keep in mind. Firstly, they work part days most of the time, so be prepared to have a flexible schedule. Secondly, make sure you go over all details beforehand to avoid any confusion. Lastly, if you're meticulous with details, request pictures or samples before purchasing anything. All in all, we loved the final result of our landscaping and received numerous compliments from neighbors. We're grateful for the quality customer service from Alan when we had an issue with one of our LED lights after the project's completion.
