Initially, he was extremely helpful and offered valuable advice regarding the suitable type and quantity of paint to buy. However, despite scheduling a meeting, he failed to turn up, and is currently unresponsive. I am willing to retract this critique if I receive a reply and manage to rearrange a new appointment. I understand that people can fall ill or face unexpected circumstances, but I urgently need to sell my house, so this is quite frustrating.
