Initially, I felt a strong sense of frustration towards lymphatic massage as I believed that such a gentle approach would be ineffective. I wished for a forceful approach to alleviate my pain. Nonetheless, Rachel demonstrated great patience with me and her calming manners and proficient methods quickly tranquilized me. In fact, I might have even dozed off.
