Sliding Doors Express

A door leading to the balcony was constructed. A man named Or arrived and we negotiated a price. He assured us he would clean the frame and replace the wheels at the base. Unfortunately, he installed the wheels incorrectly, causing both frames to bend and even the previously stable door to wobble. The door no longer fits properly in its track, leaving me extremely dissatisfied. As a result, I must now find someone else to complete the work.

The repairman demonstrated a high level of professionalism by assessing the problem and displaying the faulty rollers to me. He then guaranteed that top-quality replacement rollers would be utilized. Furthermore, he cleaned up the workplace and departed it in a sanitary state.
