My name is Rachel, and I possess over 5 years of administrative experience and over 7 years of customer service experience. In addition to my extensive experience, I have obtained certifications such as Microsoft Office Specialist: Word Associate, Project Management Essentials, and Interior Staging.

I am well-versed in using Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, and Visio, in addition to Google Suite and Canva.

I can provide a range of services, including but not limited to calendar management, email organization, travel and reservation bookings, data entry, organizing files and to-do lists, research, basic social media management, and general administrative duties. I also excel in creating interior design mood boards, conducting virtual room staging, and producing 2D floor plans using Visio from your sketches.

I possess strong organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the motivation to efficiently and effectively complete all tasks required.
