Witnessing the excitement and relief in our clients as we transform their spaces and alleviate their stress is truly rewarding. I have always sought a career that aligns with my passions. During my final semesters at Duquesne University, where I studied public relations and business, I realized that helping friends and family organize their spaces was my calling. And so, Back in the Box was born. I've been helping people tackle their organizing dilemmas ever since, connecting with clients and working with them to bring their visions to life.

Leah was employed to prepare our one-bedroom apartment for a move, and she delivered exceptional service. She took necessary precautions to ensure that items were protected, and everything was packed with precision. Notably, no item was damaged, and our belongings were kept together, making unpacking more straightforward. Leah demonstrated great caution and tenderness in her work, and she fulfilled our request to use our belongings (pillows, napkins, rags, towels, tablecloths) as cushions in place of bubble wrap or paper. She was lively, enthusiastic, and professional, which made her easy to work with. Despite working more hours than estimated on a Sunday evening, Leah worked tirelessly until the job was complete.
