Groundworks, a collection of companies that specialize in providing reliable solutions for foundation repair, basement waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, dehumidification, and concrete lifting, established Mount Valley Foundation Services in 1986. Being the oldest foundation repair firm in South Carolina, we were honored to be a nominee for the South Carolina Better Business Bureau's 2017 Torch Award and to have received the 2018 Elite Service Award from HomeAdvisor. We also contribute to philanthropic causes like making annual donations to the South Carolina Building Officials Association's college scholarship fund and assisting a Boy Scouts of America Eagle Scout project at a state park in South Carolina.
