With his exceptional carpentry skills, Mr. Colm McCann delivers outstanding results at reasonable rates, never missing a deadline. His communication skills and friendly demeanor make working with him a pleasure. His expertise extends beyond general carpentry, having installed a flat rubber roof, repaired and installed various sections of roofs, replaced wooden shingles, added flashing, and crafted a custom rounded gutter for the front of the house. Even smaller projects, such as replacing a threshold or repairing a window, receive the same attention to detail as larger ones. Mr. McCann's honesty and knowledge shine through as he prioritizes repairs and advises on what can wait. Working with a trustworthy professional like him is invaluable.
