The service provided was highly professional with a prompt response. The individual did not attempt to promote pricey solutions and was transparent regarding the necessary measures to resolve the issue at hand.

The response time was impressively fast and he even took care of the clean-up after completing the drywall work, which was a crucial factor to us. However, he mentioned being able to handle the plumbing work but unfortunately was unable to do so. Since his fees were hourly, we weren't sure how much time he wasted, but we know it was more than what we preferred. Regardless, we wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for other handyman tasks due to his promptness, professionalism, and excellent work quality.
