The term "reborn" denotes being given an opportunity to regenerate oneself. Sometimes, people may not have the luxury of choice. I have undergone a bone marrow transplant twice, which has given me a second chance in life as a 2x Acute Myeloid Leukemia survivor. I know firsthand, the feeling of being helpless, uncertain, unmotivated, and the importance of having a robust support system, knowledge on the particular subject matter, and a sense of hope for a better future.
If you have read this far, I presume you are determined to transform your life, have not lost hope and require the necessary pieces to complete the puzzle, and making an effort is not your first attempt. Luckily each day presents a fresh chance to be regenerated, to become your authentic self, and be content and healthy.
Personal training is a personalised experience that cannot be approached with a “one size fits all” mentality. It would not be suitable for providing RESULTS. An effective training routine must be tailored to suit YOUR body and needs, not solely goals. If you have asked yourself any of the following questions:
