If you are at your wit's end trying to find a solution to your chronic or acute pain - be it in the neck, shoulder, back, hip, knee, or foot - look no further. I treat the body in its entirety to uncover the underlying cause of the discomfort. Through a combination of deep tissue massage, Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), and tailored homework after each session, I strive to promote better body function. I am a sports recovery massage therapist and a certified FST Level 3 Medical Therapist, specializing in treating pain for everyday individuals as well as athletes from various levels. My clients range from 10 to 75 years old. I customize each massage and FST session to address individual needs and concerns, whether it is chronic pain, athletic performance improvement, or muscle tightness. During John's time in Michigan, I had the opportunity to work with him. Seeking to enhance my limited mobility due to past injuries and athletic strain, I began seeing John.
