After our discussions, I discovered Joel is incredibly knowledgeable and a great guy. Unfortunately, he only offered a trial-and-error approach to fix my broken laptop's non-functioning 2-in-1 touchscreen with a broken backlight. While I understood his limitations, I ultimately decided to purchase a new computer. Joel charged me an affordable diagnostic fee of $25 and was incredibly friendly throughout the process. Despite his honesty in admitting to his limitations, I highly recommend him as a reliable and trustworthy repairman. While some may argue he could have done better, I acknowledge that my lack of technical knowledge led me to seek his expertise in the first place.

Joel went the extra mile to swiftly resolve my computer issue. He deserves a rating of more than five stars. I am pleased to declare that I will remain a loyal customer for life! :)
