This company is absolutely worth using again! Recently, I found myself in need of urgent documentation delivery. Thankfully, Mallard Gordon provided an excellent and convenient service by sending a fleet-friendly server to retrieve the documents from my office, thereby saving me lots of time and stress. Moreover, I was kept informed of the delivery status at every step, including receiving pictures of the delivery and a service document. I highly recommend this company and look forward to using their services for all my future needs.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! They are untrustworthy scammers who deceived me with seemingly reasonable pricing. When I attempted to contact them, their phone number kept changing, and they frequently failed to answer my calls. On one occasion, I even used a different number, and they picked up immediately. I had serious doubts about this company and became increasingly skeptical when, despite their unresponsiveness, they sent me a service update via email. When I tried to reach them on 12/22/2022, they once again failed to answer my call, and I subsequently received terrible service. They even sent an unsuitable individual to collect my papers, who did not resemble a legitimate process server. This was a nightmare experience, and I urge you not to be deceived by this company. Furthermore, they exhibited zero effort in serving my papers, resulting in a non-service.
