Our hourly rates include a service fee that covers door and floor protection, as well as pads and wrap for your possessions. We also offer extra protection for your home if needed. The work accomplished by these individuals who loaded our U-Haul left us completely satisfied. Having worked as a hotel manager for 15 years, customer service has always been a top priority for me and these guys did not disappoint. They promptly arrived at the scheduled time and worked proficiently, paying special attention to the labels on the delicate boxes as I observed.
