The granite countertops in my kitchen required a sink replacement. Though I enjoy doing DIY projects, I'm not confident in working with granite. Homing a love for cooking, I desired a workstation sink/undermount, but was faced with a challenge due to the bizarre cut in the granite made from the previous sink installation. I suspected that shortcuts were taken by the prior company in installing the previous sink. Lemus promptly provided me with a fantastic quote and expressed confidence in his ability to complete the task. Although there were minor delays due to the pandemic, he was resourceful and understanding. When he arrived with his colleague, they wore masks, explained everything along the way, tidied up after themselves, and most importantly, delivered exceptional results! To have a quartzite countertop installed in my kitchen, I enlisted the services of Osman. We faced a challenge at our workplace as we required the marble countertop to be altered to accommodate a full-size refrigerator. Unfortunately, locating someone capable of successfully performing the task proved to be difficult as the process necessitated the removal and outdoor cutting of the countertop using a water saw. Nevertheless, Osman assured us that he could accomplish the job as it is, without uninstalling the counter and with his skillful hands. Impressively, he arrived on schedule for both the estimate and appointment, carried out the marble cutting and polished the edge with precision, removed the outdated cabinets, and successfully placed the fridge in its assigned spot. Undoubtedly, the marble looks stunning and we are immensely satisfied with Osman's exceptional work.

Osman was fantastic, promptly responding to my request and arriving exactly as scheduled. I needed assistance moving my lower cabinet and granite countertop, which had shifted roughly an inch away from the wall, causing the granite backsplash to become dangerously unstable. Additionally, I wanted to replace the poorly installed granite backsplash with a full ceramic tile backsplash. After surveying the job and explaining his plan, Osman provided me with a fair quote and agreed to a start date. He arrived on the scheduled day with all necessary equipment and a fellow worker, both attired neatly and removing their shoes upon entering my home. They worked diligently from 9:00 am to approximately 5:30 pm, cleaning up all debris at day's end. They returned to grout the tiles, and will make a final visit to seal the backsplash. Osman proved himself an excellent craftsman, incredibly attentive to detail and careful to leave my home undisturbed throughout the project. His work was exceptional, and I will hire him again without reservation for any repairs or improvements needed. In summary, I highly recommend Osman for any job.

He successfully replaced an outdated countertop with a new one containing a sink, while also keeping me updated with a few progress pictures via text as I was away at the start of the project. Furthermore, he finished everything on schedule without encountering any difficulties or unexpected expenses. I will certainly hire him again.
