With over 18 years of experience, I have had the privilege of officiating weddings for couples from various backgrounds, faiths, and beliefs. Whether you prefer a traditional or customized ceremony in English or Spanish, I am here to create a memorable ceremony that reflects your unique love story.

Although I am based in Folsom, I am willing to travel to your location, but additional fees may apply. My services extend beyond weddings, including elopements, incarnations ceremonies, vow renewals, commitment ceremonies, engagements, Indian Hindu engagements, quinceañeras, and home blessings/gratitude.

As a military spouse myself, I understand the unique challenges that military couples face and offer special considerations for their wedding needs.

Our wedding was officiated by Rev. Luana DeLeon and she was flawless. Right from the beginning, she was very responsive and reached out to us after we contacted her. Within the same night, she gathered all the necessary details and answered all the questions we had for her. She is the epitome of kindness, compassion, and expertise in her profession. Luana puts exceptional thought and effort into her work. On the day of our wedding, she arrived two hours early to help us in any way possible and to meet with some of our guests. She conducted our ceremony flawlessly in both English and Spanish. Luana sent us the typed-up ceremony within a week, and it was perfect in every aspect. We had shared our backgrounds with her and had entrusted her to write our vows, and she did so in a way that perfectly captured the essence of our love. My husband and I were spellbound by how fantastic everything was, and we appreciate how stress-free the entire process was due to her taking care of everything. My fiancé and I had an amazing experience working with RevLuana DeLeon. We were initially unsure about the wedding date, but she was accommodating and provided her full availability. With only two days before our preferred date, she immediately got to work and began planning a personalized ceremony tailored to our unique situation and personalities. Knowing that we may not have a witness, she even offered her assistant to fill the role. Since we didn't have wedding rings, she suggested a hand binding ceremony and provided a beautiful reference photo of her own work. RevLuana DeLeon is a kind-hearted professional who truly puts her clients first, making her an ideal choice for young couples planning their special day. I highly recommend her services.

Reverend Luana exceeded our expectations! Even with our last-minute ceremony request, she managed to accommodate us into her busy schedule. Despite having very little time, she brilliantly crafted a bilingual ceremony that was simply magnificent. Furthermore, when we didn't have rings, she came up with some amazing ideas. One of which was the hand fasting ceremony, which we incorporated into our splendid ceremony. She arrived early and conducted herself in a highly personable and professional manner, leaving us immensely happy with her services. We're grateful to have had Reverend Luana as our Wedding Officiant and would highly recommend her.
