Their service was excellent!! I needed a large number of boxes moved to a storage unit urgently and they were extremely prompt and arrived on schedule, facilitating a seamless move. The young men were not only pleasant but offered outstanding customer service.

The communication was excellent, and they even accommodated a last-minute booking request. Moreover, they responded to my inquiry even at night. The crew - Dil, Alex, and Ali - was competent, hardworking, and pleasant to interact with. They were swift, proactive, and handled wrapping of furniture with great care. I am relieved that I did not compromise on quality to save a few bucks by going with another company. The only suggestion I have is to improve team leads' training on explaining the details of the paperwork. However, it did not become a significant issue in the end. If possible, I would rate them six stars. I intend to hire them again.
