The technician inspected the ducts and found that they were completely clear, so there was no need for cleaning. As a result, we were only charged for drier vent cleaning. We were impressed by the technician's honesty and will enthusiastically recommend Lowe's to other homeowners.

Recently, my significant other and I bought our first house, and found the air ducts were dirty. On a Sunday, I submitted an appointment request online, and the subsequent day, I received a quote through both email and phone. An opening arose due to a cancellation, and they could come the next day. The technician called to inform us he could arrive earlier, which worked ideally with our timetable. The technician was efficient, adept, and thoroughly cleaned the air ducts and dryer vent. We were pleased with the service received and believe it was well worth the cost. Highly recommended.
