Furthermore, he was open to adding, removing, or updating the project's scope depending on my spot estimates, and his flexibility was impressive. The project took approximately a month to complete, with the team at times working seven-day work weeks to finish the task. Overall, I am pleased with their work product and approach, and I would choose to work with them again in the future. 👍👍 There is room for improvement in terms of work sequencing when handling large projects.
