Being very cooperative and approachable, Josh - the proprietor - agreed to dispatch another technician upon my request to double-check the work. The next day appointment was booked and the technician meticulously inspected the problem. Such excellent service convinces me to keep employing them without hesitation.

Out of all the AC companies I've dealt with in my lifetime - and I've used over a dozen - Joshua and Temp Engineering is undoubtedly the best. Their proposal was extremely detailed and itemized, with all services, parts, and equipment clearly laid out. Joshua was incredibly attentive and responsive, answering all of my questions and updating the proposal as needed. Even with a shortage of units, he kept me informed over the weekend because we needed an emergency replacement. When his team arrived, they worked tirelessly, kept everything neat and clean, and did an exceptional job. They even stayed to insulate everything air-tight until I was completely satisfied. Everyone on the team was friendly and respectful throughout the process. I needed Joshua's advice on how to make my old ducting work better, and he patiently answered all of my questions and sent someone to follow up. Unlike other companies that try to drive prices up, Temp Engineering is the most honest AC company I've ever encountered. I'm going to recommend them to everyone I know, and if I could, I'd give them 6 stars. They're insured, do everything to code, and perform all their work with permits. All in all, truly great!
