Advantages: Exceptional quality pictures and exceptional service provided at an affordable rate.
Disadvantages: The clawfoot tub was not captured in the photos. (It is possible that it may not have been too photogenic.)

Andy demonstrated punctual communication and proper follow-up. The real estate brochure featured outstanding photographs of our house, effectively highlighting its strengths. However, the only drawback was that the bathroom photos should have been taken vertically to capture more of the tile and vanity, rather than focusing solely on the countertop. Despite this minor issue, I would definitely consider working with Andy again.
