The next day, they inquired if someone could visit us on the same day and I confirmed. However, I have not received any updates from them since then, despite this being a week ago. It seems they are not keen on acquiring our business. Therefore, we have decided to choose a different company for the job.

The job itself was excellent and the cost fell within my anticipated budget. The team took great care of my property and the cleanup afterwards was exceptional. However, the only letdown was their punctuality in arriving at the scheduled time.
