Marlon was pleasant, but his punctuality left something to be desired. I paid $500 to have a backsplash of about 14 square feet (as shown in the picture) installed. However, upon returning to the house, I noticed that the cuts around the outlets were poorly done. There is even a hole above one of the light switches, and the grout is covering the switches and outlets too. The overall installation looks sloppy, even though the tiles themselves may look good, except for the hole. Now, at 36 weeks pregnant, I have to go back and scrub everything thoroughly, which is uncomfortable for me. I managed to fix a small piece of remaining tile and cover the hole myself, but it still doesn't look great.
