Rabbit Movers

To begin with, I have to say that the movers who showed up were extremely pleasant and professional. Although they accidentally broke our TV stand, we have evidence of it and I know it wasn't deliberate. I didn't feel inclined to report the incident to the company because I didn't want to deal with their staff on the phone. On the other hand, the manager and his team at the office were incredibly impolite and disrespectful. The manager's conduct during our conversation was unacceptable, and it's unbelievable that he holds a leadership position in this company. He rudely hung up on me when I was only trying to resolve the matter. As any moving company would know, apartment buildings only permit moves during specific time slots. However, the time frame given to me was either 3 or 4 hours, and they didn't bother to ask for my specific time slot. This leads me to believe that they don't deserve any business, and I will never hire them again. Moreover, they didn't even bother to follow up with a call to check if everything went well during the move. But that's okay, given their appalling behavior over the phone. My honest recommendation to anyone searching for a moving company is to stay away from this one, as they are not worth your time or money.
