Our 80+ year old home's fascia and soffits received a fresh coat of paint by Tim and a partner. They also skillfully replaced deteriorated wood and ensured proper copper flashing. The project spanned a couple of weeks yet Tim proved to be very dependable (even with access to our house and gate opener), capable of handling most tasks, and committed to excellent results. The only minor issue we encountered was a painted door that became stuck. Though we had already compensated him, Tim returned to rectify the matter.

Tim replaced our deck and provided a prompt and competitive estimate. His work was efficient and of high quality, completing the job in a timely manner. When we encountered some issues resulting from the new deck's different width, he returned to fix them swiftly and also undertook some minor repairs in other areas of the house. We are impressed with his professionalism and will certainly engage his services again in the future.
