Sports Performance & Injury Prevention at Fact Fitness Center As a college football player, I experienced several injuries which led me to realize that I didn't receive proper training and rehabilitation. From 2018, my goal has been to aid clients in losing weight and gaining muscle while paying close attention to movement patterns. Tyler embodies all five characteristics of an exceptional personal trainer and more, whereas I am limited to only three. Prior to training with him, I had never considered seeking out a personal trainer as I believed I knew all there was to know about working out and nutrition due to the endless amount of information available on the internet. Initially weighing 240 pounds with a body fat percentage of 38%-42%, I began working with Tyler. Over a period of five months, Tyler helped me achieve a weight loss of 185 pounds along with a body fat percentage of 23%.
