Even though I'm usually not interested in upselling, I was disappointed that the technician didn't offer to clean my single seat and cushioned counter chairs. In fact, I regretted not requesting a clean for those items since the cleaner sofa and dirty single chair didn't match. Perhaps their unwavering service policy explains why they don't engage in upselling, an admirable quality. Regardless, they'll be back to clean those chairs, and I don't mind paying their fair prices for their professional work.
