I visited the house and dedicated an hour discussing the necessary framing requirements before venturing into the attic. During our conversation, we discussed our respective families. He promised to provide me with a bid after the weekend, however, he never reached out. Ultimately, he ignored my messages and failed to follow up, which was both disappointing and unprofessional. It was a complete waste of my time.
