The decision to hire Downtown Pets has been the best I've made. Over the years, I've enlisted the help of various dog walkers in different locations, but none compare to Kerrie. She is the epitome of professionalism– extremely adaptable, quick to respond, and most of all, she cares for my two dogs (a golden retriever and a labrador) like they're her own. My pups are always thrilled to see her at the door and return home tired and happy. Kerrie has been an absolute lifesaver in assisting me in managing my schedule with a full-time job and a baby. For anyone seeking the perfect dog walker or dog sitter, look no further, as Kerrie is simply the best.

Kerrie was absolutely incredible! She took care of my adorable Milo puppy for an entire week without any issues. Despite his excessive energy, she managed him perfectly. Additionally, she provided frequent updates and pictures, showing how enthusiastic and blissful Milo was being around her and her pets. I believe he was disheartened to leave her company, as he appeared to be extremely content. I have already suggested her to numerous friends due to the gratification she delivered! Without a doubt, I will engage her services once more!

She was amazing! Her response was prompt and it seemed like she provided exceptional care for our dog. Despite heavy snowfall, she made sure to take him to the park and even sent us pictures of him whilst we were away. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

When it was time for us to relocate back to Australia, we turned to Kerrie for assistance with our senior dogs during the quarantine period. She took on the challenge of caring for our dogs and their complicated dietary and medical needs with relentless patience and flexibility. Thanks to her loving nature and devotion to our animals, they made it through this difficult time with ease.
