Getting it fixed required a total of three weeks. The representative confirmed that our solar panel was covered by the warranty, and subsequently arranged for installation of a replacement.

Working with William and his team was a great experience. William dedicated time to thoroughly examine my project and provide his recommendations. The only area that may need improvement was punctuality, but I am hopeful that it was a one-time incident. Having been left orphaned by Petersen-Dean, I found myself facing a perplexing hurdle with my 49-panel, 5-powerwall installation. Our experience was exceptional thanks to William's guidance. He ensured that we were assigned the appropriate technicians for our needs. Our existing solar panel system required a new inverter to be installed, which presented a challenging installation. The replacement inverter was slightly larger than the old one, necessitating some re-routing. In addition, the internal wiring of the inverter required adjustment to ensure proper display functionality. Fortunately, Solar Energy Consultants smoothly managed the entire process and got us up and running quickly. They stand out from other solar companies we had considered, as they are equipped to work on a variety of solar equipment brands. Without a doubt, we will reach out to them first in the future for any solar installation upgrades or repairs.
