My Yamaha upright from 2002 hasn't seen a tune or been played in years. Recently, I was eager to start playing again with the help of some learning apps; however, I immediately ran into issues with recognizing the notes. To address this, I contacted Rich for an appointment. Right away, it was clear that Rich was more than just a tuner - he had a genuine passion for pianos and it was reflected in his work. We also discussed my piano goals, and he offered encouragement. Finally, Rich played a few beautiful songs on my piano, making it feel alive once again.
