Chad exudes a high level of affability and professionalism while evidently deriving great satisfaction from his job. His utmost desire is for his clients to share in his joy upon the completion of the aquarium setup and to be thoroughly content with the service provided. My aquarium looks splendid. I feel an overwhelming sense of delight, reminiscent of a child on the morning of Christmas day. My aquatic pets are being loved and cared for!
