Blue Frog was contacted to provide a quote for fixing a clogged toilet, with an early morning schedule set for 9am. However, the issue was resolved at around 8pm by myself. Despite attempting to cancel, I believe the text message did not go through. As scheduled, Blue Frog arrived at 9am and maintained a professional demeanor. I informed them that the problem had already been handled, to which they took note and proceeded to their next appointment. I will certainly consider reaching out to them for any future plumbing needs.
