Lyman completed the framing of our basement with excellent responsiveness, from the initial visit to our home to the receipt of his bid, and was on-site framing as scheduled. He accomplished the task in under two days and precisely according to our specifications, with added input to improve the final outcome. Lyman demonstrated his knowledge of code requirements, including fire blocking, while also incorporating all necessary blocking to prepare for drywall installation. In addition, he left the space cleaner than it was before he began. Overall, we are delighted with his work and confidently recommend him for any project you may be considering.
