The work done by Precision is absolutely impressive. Not only did he remove very thick bushes and a tree, but also the grass surrounding it. The lot now appears more spacious and organized. The price charged was reasonable in my opinion. Precision was friendly, timely, a great communicator, and managed to finish the job within a day. He even made sure to clean up the street and my driveway. I believe he is one of the most diligent workers I have seen in a while and I would definitely recommend and rehire him.

My front yard was transformed into a pristine lawn thanks to Tony's superb grading and installation of SOD. Despite being a challenging terrain overrun with weeds and various debris, Tony's nimble and powerful bobcat skillfully tackled the job with lightning speed. He even meticulously cleared out the junk and tidied up the driveway, leaving everything looking amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any heavy equipment tasks, as he truly exceeded all expectations.

Within a few days, Tony provided a prompt quote and was able to remove the old lawn, shrubs, level the surface, plant new sod, fertilize and perform the necessary clean-up within two days of being scheduled to work. Highly recommended!
