Ray, the owner of Hawk A & M, arrived promptly to provide an estimate for my request. He efficiently assessed the job and completed the installation on the date I requested, offering me a great price.

After noticing that my AC was running hot, I decided to reach out to Hawk AC, where I spoke with Sara. She sent John over to diagnose the issue, and he arrived promptly at 9 am. It turned out that the unit required more Freon, but thankfully, John was able to quickly top it off and apply some stop leak. So far, everything seems to be working well, and I'm very appreciative that I called Hawk AC for help.
