I am Michael J. Greenberg, the managing partner of Michael J. Greenberg, P.C. Our boutique law firm specializes in estate planning and elder law. Estate planning can be a complex process for those with assets to protect. However, I have extensive experience in guiding individuals and families through planning to achieve their objectives. My focus includes addressing unique and challenging situations such as donating high-value assets, transferring business ownership while ensuring equitable distribution, and planning for later stages of life without nearby relatives or friends.

I was motivated to specialize in estate planning and elder law after my father was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's disease. Hence, I am passionate and committed to long term care planning, disability planning, elder law, and special needs planning. My clients' challenges are personally significant, and my empathetic guidance is delivered with compassion.

Besides a busy practice, I frequently speak on estate planning and asset protection topics to various community groups in the New York Metropolitan area. I also chair the Legal Committee of the NYC Alzheimer's Association. In my free time, I enjoy indulging in tennis, indoor cycling, and yoga as hobbies.

I am licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida.

In a prompt manner, Michael promptly arranged a zoom meeting to address my requirements for updating my five-year-old will. After our conversation, he presented a proposal for his fees which we expeditiously agreed upon, and within ten days, my new will was completed.
