Greetings! I go by Victoria and I am eager to offer my assistance throughout your yoga and meditation pursuits. My approach to teaching is quite relaxed, as I incorporate humor and the actualities of everyday life into our sessions. I endeavor to comprehend your aspirations thoroughly in order to align the practices with your individual way of living. My experience includes over five years of instructing different techniques including vinyasa, hatha, restorative, and kid's yoga. In my meditation classes, we explore concepts such as mindfulness, controlled breathing, affirmations, journaling, and many other aspects. Let us embark on a journey of self-discovery together!
